Nita Walker acts as an RTO Consultant for Safety Wise Solutions and will advise on the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Registered Training Organisation requirements.

Nita started out in the travel industry, in both Australia and international sectors.  She is highly experienced in building and leading teams in delivering and managing organisational systems designed to ensure the delivery of effective customer service and maintaining competitive advantage. Nita managed the team which became the first travel company in Australasia to become certified in ISO 9001 (International Standards)

Nita has held several positions providing services in development and auditing to the service sectors and has consulted in auditing and training services to a range of service industries including travel agencies rental car operations and small business.

She has assisted in the development and implementation of counter systems as well as online booking engines.  She has delivered training sessions and conducted workshops in the applications of these systems. She also specializes in the training and delivery of exceptional customer services.

She has developed extensive knowledge / experience in the following areas
